TechTinder

TechTinder is a developer networking platform built to make it easier for engineers to find collaborators with complementary skills. It covers the full product loop: registration, profiles, a discovery feed, connection requests, search, and skill-based matching.

The frontend is built with React, React Router, and Redux Toolkit for state, with Axios for data fetching and a Tailwind / Daisy UI combination for the interface. The backend is a Node.js and Express.js API with JWT authentication, Bcrypt password hashing, and MongoDB via Mongoose for data modelling.

Infrastructure is containerised with Docker and served through Nginx, deployed on AWS EC2/ECS. Profile images are stored in S3 and delivered through CloudFront CDN for fast, cached delivery.
