Warehouse Platform Modernization

At Blue Yonder, I led the modernization of a large warehouse management platform used across global logistics operations, spanning over 600 distinct business capabilities.

This included building high-performance React.js applications for workflow management, analytics, and operational dashboards, alongside reusable UI component libraries and drag-and-drop form builders that cut feature delivery time and improved long-term maintainability.

Working closely with backend teams on REST API design across Node.js and Spring Boot services, I also drove architectural refactoring that achieved roughly a 2x improvement in critical rendering workflows.
